There are many ways you can volunteer! 

 

Instructions on how to view the opportunities and sign up: 

 

1) Preferred method: You can login to your PTO account to access the sign-up forms - this way, you do not need to input your information each time, and you can easily edit and update your forms/sign-ups. [Please note: If you recently created a new account, it may take a few hours or up to a day for it to activate. If that is the case for you, you can use the form links below, under option 2 - Alternative Method - or wait until your account is activated.]

  1. On the navigation bar of this web site, click on LOGIN. (Don't have an account yet? Scroll down or click here to see instructions on how to create your account.) If you do not see "LOGIN" as an option but instead see "MY ACCOUNT" then it means you are already logged in - go to step 2.
  2. Once you are logged in, on the menu bar click  "My Account" (DO NOT select drop-down "Update My Account")
  3. You will see a general interest form - "PTO General Volunteer Opportunities" - as well as event specific forms, as those event dates approach.
  4. As you fill out each form, please remember to hit "Save" at the bottom of the form. You should receive a confirmation email that you completed the form, and the PTO will see your information.

CORI Form

 

Please note: For opportunities that require a parent to volunteer with students during school hours you will need what is called a CORI form. Click here to find instructions on how to submit your CORI form.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

 

1. On the navigation menu of this website, click on LOGIN

2. Follow the “Returning User” or “New User” prompts.

  • NEW USER: You will be asked to enter your family information and homeroom teacher(s)
  • RETURNING USER: Just update your family information and
    homeroom teacher(s)

New users will be verified within a few days. To keep our directory secure, we verify all new users to ensure they are families of current Pierce students.
