Register/Donate by Thursday, 9/24 (11:59pm) and
receive a bracelet QR code that can time your run.
COST - Registration to participate in the run is free, as the main aim of this day is to bring the community together! For those who can, a suggested family participation donation of $25 will help to cover the costs of the event and to support the Pierce PTO and School. You can also make a larger or smaller donation by selecting a custom amount. Anyone and everyone, regardless of donation amount, can participate in the run and field games, which are non-ticketed activities. Only a few activities require ticket purchase at the event.
Anyone wishing to get a timed bracelet for the run must pre-register before Thursday, 9/24 (11:59pm) by selecting one of the options below.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
1:30 - Get ready!
- All runners, joggers, walkers: come get ready and find your starting area! Participation is free, though we do appreciate a participation donation (see options below).
- If you've pre-registered (online by Thursday 9/24, 11:49PM) for a timed bracelet, pick up your bracelet and find your start group
1:45 - Line up and .... Go!
- Our awesome run coordinators will tell you when your group will go. We'll have staggered run starts by groups. Volunteers along the way will cheer you on and help you stay on the route to make your way safely back to the festivities at Cypress Park!
2:00 onward - Welcome back runners and walkers! Time for more fun!
- As we cheer on our finishers, the park games and activities begin.
- Don't miss the TEACHER DUNK TANK. How's your aim? Throw the ball and hit the target and watch a Pierce teacher splash into the tank - which brave teachers will sit in the tank this year???
- Activities, Treats, and More!

as fundraising for 8th grade graduation and end of year activities.
* Pierce Winter Gear/Costume/Sports Equipment Swap
Held at Cypress Park during the Fun and Run
Organized by a group of parents: Bring your gently used winter gear, Halloween costumes and sports equipment to OLS and swap during the Fun Run! Donations collected until 9/25. Drop boxes by the K-1 and 2-5 entry doors. Questions? Email sears.l@gmail.com.
